Operational Agreement
Terms of Service
The binding parameters that govern the use of our digital platforms. Built on transparency and professional accountability.
These Terms of Service establish the operational rules for accessing the BDA Infrastructure platform. By navigating or utilizing this environment, you accept these architectural boundaries. If you disagree with any parameter, navigation must cease immediately.
Intellectual Property
The digital assets, brand identity, structural layouts, and proprietary content displayed within this environment remain the exclusive intellectual property of BDA Infrastructure. Unauthorized replication, framing, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.
Estimates & Proposals
Requests for site work quotes or proposals generated through this interface are conceptual. They do not constitute a binding commercial agreement. All heavy civil and site work engagements require a separately executed, formally engineered contract before mobilization.
Third-Party Assets
This environment may feature integrations or links to external infrastructure. BDA Infrastructure does not govern these external nodes and assumes no liability for their operational security, content, or privacy frameworks. Navigating to third-party assets is done at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall BDA Infrastructure, its engineers, operators, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to access this digital service. This includes data loss, business interruption, or perceived goodwill degradation.
Governing Law
These parameters are governed by the legal framework of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be interpreted and resolved under this jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Modifications
We maintain the authority to upgrade, modify, or replace these terms as our operational requirements evolve. Material changes will be deployed with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the new framework.
